I've been suffering from tennis elbow for the last 4-6 weeks and have not been able to get to the gym during that time due to the pain and discomfort. I have been using X-Zone rubs for some years now. Initially for tightness in my back or Achilles tendons. However in the last 18 months an old bad fall has come to haunt me. MRI has detected prolapsed discs lower spine and osteoarthritis. The discs have pinched nerves down my right leg and I am left with a drop foot. The nerve endings deterioration has been excruciating to say the least. My nails on that foot have more or less died too. Thankfully I have found relief with X-Zone. I have tried various pots but the SPORTS gives me the best relief. I also apply it to knees and back of thighs where varicose veins are causing me grief. It is my daily go-to for some peace. So thankful it us made from herbs and not chemicals.
