How do I use X-ZONE?
Rubs - Gently massage a generous amount (3-5ml) of X-ZONE Rub onto the affected area until fully absorbed.
Sprays - Press the spray applicator to apply, then massage a generous amount (4-8 spray applications) of X-ZONE Relief Spray onto the affected area until fully absorbed.
For best results, apply it two to three times daily or as needed for relief. To optimise efficacy, open the pores of the skin prior to application either via exercise, a hot shower/bath, sauna or heated wheat bag. 

Can X-ZONE be used on open wounds or broken skin?
No, X-ZONE Rubs should not be applied to open wounds or broken skin. It is meant for external use only and should not be used on cuts, scrapes, broken or sensitive skin. We also advise care to avoid getting product in eyes and other sensitive areas.
